Working Principle Power Transmission Adopt motor-spindle integrated direct drive structure,the rotor of the built-in motor is directly connected with the spindle body,and the stator is fixed on the spindle housing.The electric energy is converted into mechanical energy to drive the spindle to rotate directly,which realizes zero transmission loss and fast speed response. Precision Guarantee The high-precision precision bearing assembly is used to support the spindle rotation,which strictly controls the radial and axial runout of the spindle.The high-rigidity spindle body structure effectively reduces the vibration and deformation during the spindle operation,ensuring the rotation stability and machining precision.
