Working Principle - Roller Arrangement and Load Distribution: Spherical rollers are symmetrically and evenly distributed along the spherical raceway of the outer ring. Radial load is uniformly transmitted through line contact between the rollers and the inner ring's double raceway and the outer ring's spherical raceway; bidirectional axial load is transmitted through contact between the roller end faces and the inner ring's shoulders, achieving bidirectional positioning. When installation eccentricity or shaft deflection exists, the spherical rollers can slide slightly along the outer ring's spherical raceway, automatically adjusting their posture to ensure uniform load distribution and achieve self-aligning function, avoiding local overload. - Thermal Management: Precision grinding of raceways and rollers + low-friction cage design reduces friction loss and effectively controls working temperature rise (typical temperature rise ≤15°C); combined with the thermal stability of heavy-duty special grease or circulating oil, it ensures the thermal stability of the equipment under heavy load and medium-high speed conditions.
