A deep groove ball bearing cage is an internal component that holds the rolling balls apart.It keeps the balls spaced evenly,stops them from hitting each other,and helps guide them smoothly around the bearing tracks.
By preventing direct contact and collision between steel balls,the cage lowers internal friction,operating noise and vibration.It stabilizes rotational movement and effectively extends the overall service life of deep groove ball bearings.
Multiple material grades are available to satisfy varied speed,temperature,load and lubrication working-condition requirements:stamped steel,machined brass,glass-filled Nylon PA66 and high-performance PEEK polymer.
Stamped steel:Tensile strength 400-600 MPa,max speed 15 000 rpm,working temperature -30 °C ~ 120 °C,cost-effective and lightweight.
Machined brass:Tensile strength 350-500 MPa,max speed 20 000 rpm,working temperature -50 °C ~ 200 °C,excellent lubricant compatibility for high-speed use.
Glass-filled Nylon:Tensile strength 80-150 MPa,max speed 12 000 rpm,working temperature -40 °C ~150 °C,good vibration-damping and self-lubricating performance.
PEEK:Tensile strength 90-100 MPa,max speed 18 000 rpm,working temperature -60 °C ~250 °C,outstanding chemical-resistant and high-temperature resistance.
