CSD harmonic reducer bearing is high stiffness crossed roller ring that is designed to support output loads of CSD series harmonic drive. This output bearing can withstand high axial and radial forces as well as high tilting moments.

Description

Design Principles:CSD type bearing adopts cross cylindrical roller structure with 90° vertical arrangement in Vshaped raceway. The line contact between rollers and raceways provides high rigidity and large load capacity. The integrated inner and outer ring design improves overall rigidity and assembly accuracy. The bearing can bear radial, axial and tilting moment loads at the same time, making it ideal for precision transmission output side. Standard dimensions are fully interchangeable with mainstream harmonic reducer assemblies. Working Principle:Load Distribution Cylindrical rollers are crossarranged at 90° in Vshaped raceways. Radial load,axial load and tilting moment are distributed evenly through line contact between rollers and raceways,avoiding local stress concentration and improving loading stability.Structure & Alignment Integrated inner and outer rings reduce assembly error and improve rigidity. The cross roller structure enables high rigidity and precision under compound loads,ensuring stable output of harmonic reducers.Installation & Matching Standard mounting holes (front and rear) with fixed thread depth ensure reliable installation. Coaxiality must be guaranteed during assembly to avoid extra tilting moment and premature failure.
