What are ZKLDF Turntable Bearings?

ZKLDF turntable bearings are high precision,double direction axial angular contact ball bearings designed for ultra-high speeds,high rigidity,and combined loads.

Mounting screw holes are pre machined on both inner and outer rings for direct bolt on installation. Transport locking screws prevent component collision and accuracy loss during handling and shipment. Precision grades cover P4 and ultra precision P2. Dimension scope:inner diameter 100 650 mm,outer diameter 185 870 mm,height 38 122 mm.

Ring and ball materials adopt GCr15 high carbon chromium bearing steel with raceway hardness HRC 60 62; SUS440C stainless steel material is optional for corrosion resistant requirements. Cage choices include brass,reinforced Nylon 66 and steel cages. Sealing configurations contain open type and double sided 2RS contact rubber seals reaching IP65 dust proof performance. Grease lubrication and circulating oil lubrication modes are both supported. Standard models have fixed delivery cycles,and custom modified bearings can be produced per customer drawings and special operating condition demands.
