Working Principle of Double Row Slewing Bearings 

Roller Arrangement and Load Distribution:The two rows of balls are arranged in an orderly manner on the raceways. When an axial load is applied, the two rows of balls share the load together; the radial load is transmitted through the contact between the balls and the raceways; the tilting moment is balanced by the different forces on the two rows of balls.

Lubrication and Sealing: Grease Lubrication: High-performance lithium-based lubricating grease is used, suitable for most conventional working conditions, providing good lubrication and anti-rust protection.

Oil Lubrication: For high-speed or heavy-load applications, a centralized oil supply system can be used to ensure that the bearing is fully lubricated and cooled.
