What are ZKLDF Bearings?

ZKLDF bearings are high-precision,double-direction axial angular contact ball bearings designed for high speeds,high tilting rigidity,and low friction.

Two precision grades P4 and P2 are available.The dimension scope covers inner diameter 100 mm to 650 mm,outer diameter 185 mm to 870 mm and height ranging from 38 mm to 122 mm.Bearing rings and rolling elements adopt GCr15 high-carbon chromium steel reaching HRC 60-62 hardness.SUS440C stainless steel is offered for corrosion-demanding operating conditions.Cage material options include high-strength brass,lightweight Nylon 66 and stamped steel.

Open type and-2RS contact rubber seal versions are selectable.Open configurations require external periodic lubrication.-2RS sealed units come pre-filled with complex barium-base grease and reserve grease refill ports.Vacuum degassing treatment for GCr15 components raises overall fatigue life by 30 percent.Standard units can be delivered within regular lead-time,and non-standard bore dimension customization takes 6-8 weeks according to drawing requirements.

The Features of ZKLDF Bearings

Double-Row Ball Design with 60°Contact Angle:Features two rows of precision steel balls arranged in an "O" configuration at a 60°contact angle.This geometry provides high bi-directional axial load carrying capacity,radial support,and high tilting rigidity.

Low Friction for High Speeds:Because rolling contact is made via steel balls rather than cylindrical rollers,friction torque is minimized.This allows for low heat generation,high acceleration rates,and significantly higher operating RPMs than traditional roller-based rotary table bearings.

Direct Surface Mounting:Provided with pre-drilled,precision-spaced mounting holes through the inner and outer rings.This direct bolt-down design simplifies installation and eliminates the need for separate retaining caps or clamping rings.

Pre-Adjusted Factory Preload:Constructed with a single-piece outer ring and a two-piece matched inner ring.When the inner ring halves are bolted together during mounting,the exact factory-defined preload is set automatically,ensuring consistent system stiffness and low runout.

High Thermal Stability & Precision:Low frictional torque prevents localized heat buildup,reducing thermal expansion during long continuous runs.This helps maintain axial and radial runout accuracy down to the micrometer level.

Sealed & Pre-Lubricated:Standard ZKLDF bearings are equipped with low-friction non-contact sealing shields on both sides to prevent grease leakage and protect against metal chips and debris.Relubrication can be performed directly through lubrication channels in the outer ring.

Hollow Shaft Bore Structure:The large inner diameter provides a wide central pass-through for hydraulic lines,electrical wiring,optical paths,or drive shafts.
