RMTS Series Rolling Mill Thrust Bearing is a high-performance multi-row tapered roller bearing engineered specifically to handle extreme axial (thrust) loads in heavy-duty metal rolling equipment.
The main material options for rings and rolling elements include GCr15,GCr15SiMn with hardness HRC 60-64,and G20Cr2Ni4A carburized steel for improved wear resistance.Cage selections cover machined brass for heavy load stability and 45# steel.Shaft diameter ranges from 100 mm to 1500 mm,housing bore spans 150 mm to 1800 mm,and height dimension falls between 30 mm and 300 mm.Available accuracy grades are P5 and P4.
