Luoyang Newbee Transmission Co., Ltd. announced today that it has reached a strategic supply agreement with a top European automation equipment manufacturer to exclusively provide KC047CP0 thin-section bearings for the latter's new generation of high-precision industrial robot arms. This cooperation marks the first time that Chinese precision bearing technology has entered the core component supply chain of high-end EU equipment in batches, setting a milestone for the global layout of domestic basic components.
According to the Technical Director of Newbee Transmission’s European Region, the winning KC047CP0 bearing was developed specifically for space-constrained robot arm joint scenarios, with performance advantages directly addressing Europe’s Industry 4.0 upgrading needs:
Ultra-Thin & High Load-Bearing: Excellent axial load capacity under extreme section height, 30% lighter than products of the same class.
Dynamic Precision Revolution: Adopting a patented C-type cage design, vibration value is below 0.8μm at 1200rpm.
Adaptability to Complex Working Conditions: Four-point contact structure resists radial force, axial force, and overturning moment simultaneously, meeting multi-directional composite loads of robot arm joints.
Long-Term Maintenance-Free: Special surface phosphating treatment and ISO 4406 cleanliness certification, with a design life exceeding 50,000 hours.
“KC047CP0 solves the core contradiction of 'rigidity compression ratio' in modular robot arm design,” emphasized the Head of Newbee Transmission's Robotics Division. “This model has passed the 48-hour continuous overload certification by TÜV Rheinland, becoming the preferred solution for SCARA architecture of collaborative robots and rotating joints of Delta robots.”
The partner in this cooperation is a century-old German industrial equipment group, whose robot arm products are widely used in automotive and electronic manufacturing lines of BMW, Siemens, and other enterprises. Newbee Transmission stood out from the bidding competition involving international giants such as Sweden's SKF and Japan's THK, winning a three-year framework agreement with the precision stability of KC047CP0 under extreme working conditions.
“The access standards for basic components in the European market are extremely strict,” said the General Manager of Newbee Transmission at the signing ceremony. “KC047CP0 has passed the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC safety certification and RoHS environmental testing, marking that Chinese precision bearings have gained technical discourse power comparable to top international brands.”
