A spindle bearing is a high-precision rolling-contact bearing designed to guide rotating shafts in machine tools and vehicles with minimal friction,high speed,and extreme accuracy.
Main product series contain 618 series,619 series,718 series and 719 series.Inner diameter ranges from 10 mm to 950 mm with cross section dimension starting at 12 mm.Available precision grades cover P6,P5,P4 and ultraprecision P2.
For material options,rings and rolling elements can select GCr15 chrome steel,440C stainless steel or ceramic hybrid combinations.Cage choices include phenolic resin,brass,polyamide and stainless steel.Both open type and sealed versions are provided.Mass stock is ready for standard models.Custom solutions covering dimension adjustment,precision upgrade and material modification can be finished within 7 to 20 working days.
