Description

The bed is cast from HT300 high-strength cast iron and has undergone thermal aging andvibration aging treatments. Its tensile strength is ≥300 MPa. The dual spindles are independently driven, and the center distance is adjustable (170–220 mm). They support parallel processing, increasing the efficiency by 60%. The X/Y/Z axes are driven by precision ball screws and AC servo motors, with a maximum moving speed of 6000 mm/min.

Feeding System:The X/Y/Z axes adopt full closed-loop control, with a positioning accuracy of ±0.01 mm, which is suitable for processing complex hole positions.The rapid moving speed is 6000 mm/min, shortening the non-cutting time.
