What are ZKLDF Bearings?

ZKLDF bearings are high-precision,double-direction axial angular contact ball bearings designed with an integrated outer ring,two inner rings,and a 60° contact angle.They handle combined radial and axial loads,offer high tilting rigidity,and support very high rotational speeds.

Mounting holes are pre-machined on both inner and outer rings for direct bolt-on installation without extra housing components.Double-sided sealing versions prevent dust ingress and retain internal grease.The product range covers inner diameters from 100 mm up to 650 mm,outer diameters 185 mm-870 mm and height 38-122 mm.Precision grades include P4 and ultra-precision P2 for different accuracy requirements.

Standard ring and ball material is GCr15 high-carbon chromium bearing steel achieving hardness HRC 60-62.SUS440C stainless steel is available as corrosion-resistant option.Cage selections cover brass for high strength,nylon 66 for lightweight design and stamped steel.Two sealing configurations are offered:open-type for periodic external lubrication and-2RS contact rubber seals with dust-proof and splash-proof performance,fitted with re-greasing holes.Standard stock items can be shipped within 5-12 working days.

Compared with YRT roller-type turntable bearings,ZKLDF features lighter weight and better speed performance,making it suitable for compact-layout,medium-load precision rotary applications,while YRT series delivers superior rigidity for heavy-duty machine-tool turntables.

Integrated Screw-Mounting Design:Pre-drilled mounting holes on both the inner and outer rings allow direct mounting to the machine housing and shaft.This eliminates the need for clamping rings or external retaining flanges,simplifying assembly.

Factory Pre-Set Preload:Delivered pre-assembled with retaining screws that set the exact internal axial and radial preload.This guarantees consistent stiffness and running accuracy straight out of the box.

Double-Sided Sealing & Lubrication:Equipped with protective non-contact seals or shields on both sides to prevent grease leakage and shield internal raceways from coolant and chips.They come pre-greased and feature lubrication grooves/holes in the outer ring for easy relubrication.
