Mounting holes are pre-machined on both inner and outer rings for direct bolt-on installation without extra housing components.Double-sided sealing versions prevent dust ingress and retain internal grease.The product range covers inner diameters from 100 mm up to 650 mm,outer diameters 185 mm-870 mm and height 38-122 mm.Precision grades include P4 and ultra-precision P2 for different accuracy requirements.
Standard ring and ball material is GCr15 high-carbon chromium bearing steel achieving hardness HRC 60-62.SUS440C stainless steel is available as corrosion-resistant option.Cage selections cover brass for high strength,nylon 66 for lightweight design and stamped steel.Two sealing configurations are offered:open-type for periodic external lubrication and-2RS contact rubber seals with dust-proof and splash-proof performance,fitted with re-greasing holes.Standard stock items can be shipped within 5-12 working days.
