Description

The bed is cast from HT300 high-strength cast iron, which has undergone thermal aging and vibration aging treatments. The guide surface is super-audio frequency quenched (with a hardness of HRC50 - 55). With a double-column fixed-beam structure and a fixed beam, its anti-deformation ability is increased by 40%, ensuring long - term machining stability. The square ram (with a cross - section of 200×200 mm) is inlaid with zinc-aluminum alloy wear-resistant plates. The contact surface is hand - scraped, and the dynamic accuracy is ≤0.006 mm. The horizontal stroke of the vertical tool holder reaches 5050 mm (for DFVT100 - NC), and the stepless feed range is 0.2–145 mm/min.
