Angular Contact Ball Bearing

An Angular Contact Ball Bearing (ACBB) supports both radial (side-to-side) and axial (up-and-down) loads simultaneously, unlike standard bearings, by offsetting the inner and outer raceways to create a contact angle, allowing high-speed, precise operation in applications like machine tools and electric motors where combined loads are present. They are often used in pairs or sets to handle axial loads in both directions, as single bearings only support thrust in one direction.

The integral inner/outer ring structure enhances rigidity and reduces cumulative assembly errors; raceways undergo precision grinding (Ra≤0.02μm), and the point contact between steel balls and raceways is optimized to balance load-bearing capacity and friction loss; the cage guides steel balls to move orderly, avoiding frictional interference and improving operational smoothness and stability at high speeds.
