What are YRT Bearings?

YRT bearings (Axial-Radial Cylindrical Roller Bearings) are high-precision ready-to-fit units designed for rotary tables,indexing heads,and swivel milling heads.They combine a double-direction axial thrust bearing and a radial cylindrical bearing,allowing them to support radial loads,bidirectional axial loads,and tilting moments simultaneously without clearance.

Factory preload eliminates internal clearance completely to achieve zero-backlash rotation,delivering nanometer-level rotary accuracy.Newbeetrans YRT series covers complete specifications with inner diameter ranging from 50mm to 1200mm,outer diameter 126-1490mm and overall height 30-164mm.Multiple grades are optional:P2 ultra-precision & P4 precision for rotary accuracy; C0 light preload,C1 medium preload,C2 heavy preload for different load scenarios.

Main Raw Material Configuration

Bearing rings & rollers:GCr15 high-carbon chromium steel (surface quenched HRC 60-62) for standard working conditions; SUS440C stainless steel for corrosion-resistant cleanroom environments.

Cage:Nylon 66 lightweight spacer,brass high-strength cage or customized composite materials.

Lubrication & seal:PFPE vacuum grease for low-temperature/vacuum; circulating oil lubrication for high-speed variants,multi-layer dust-proof sealing optional.
